How it Works
1. Fill Out the "Boot Trade-In Form"
Start by completing our online form to let us know about the boots you'd like to trade in.
2. Send Us Your Photos
Reply to the confirmation email with pictures of your boots so we can give you a trade-in value based on their condition.
3. Receive Your Trade-In Value
Sam will assess the condition of your boots and send you an email with their trade-in value, along with a promo code for your credit.
4. Order Your New Pair
Use the promo code when placing your new boot order. We'll then send you a return label for your trade-ins.
5. Ship Your Trade-Ins
Pack up your old boots and drop them off at a UPS location. Once they're shipped, your next pair will be on its way!
