Yes! You can use your credit towards anything on our website.

Can I combine multiple trade-in credits?

Absolutely! You can combine multiple trade-ins toward one order or even put them toward a single pair of boots.

Does my trade-in credit expire?

Yes, your offer is valid for 30 days, assuming the boots haven’t been worn since submitting photos. If you need more time, just let us know.

How do I ship my Trade-Ins?

After placing your order with your promo code, you’ll receive a return label via email. Print the label, package your boots, attach it to the box, and drop it off at UPS. You can use the original box if you still have it, or any box you prefer. Please ship them in the smallest package possible, as our shipping costs are based on size.

How it Works

1. Fill Out the "Boot Trade-In Form"
Start by completing our online form to let us know about the boots you'd like to trade in.

2. Upload Quality Photos

Upload clear photos of your boots directly in the trade-in form. Make sure to include multiple angles so we can accurately evaluate condition and provide your trade-in value.

3. Receive Your Trade-In Value
Sam will assess the condition of your boots and send you an email with their trade-in value, along with a promo code for your credit.

4. Order Your Next Pair
Use the promo code when placing your new or used boot order. We'll then send you a return label for your trade-ins.

5. Ship Your Trade-Ins
Pack up your old boots and drop them off at a UPS location. Once they're shipped, your next pair will be on its way!
