  • Just cover return shipping, you will be refunded when the boots arrive at our store.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location, feel free to contact us for an ETA prior to placing an order! We aim to deliver orders within 2-5 Business days.


We provide tracking within 1-2 business days so you can track your order.  


What payment types are accepted

At checkout, Credit Card, Paypal, and Affirm are accepted. Affirm lets you pay for your purchase over time!

We also accept Venmo, Apple Pay, CashApp, and Zelle. Please contact us if you'd like to use one of these payment types.

Used Boot Return Policy

Used boots may only be returned if we made an error in the listing. If you're having trouble with fitment, please contact us. Under certain circumstances, you may return used boots.

  • Must cover return shipping and up to a $30 restocking fee

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any other products that we sell unless there was an error on our end. Please make sure you know your size prior to purchasing products like helmets, knee braces, and neck braces.

  • Where is your store you located?
    Our store is located at 1111 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle PA 17013 We provide free US shipping on most of our new boots and around $20 US shipping on used boots.
  • What is your return/exchange policy
    To keep it short, New boots can be returned or exchanged. Used Boots may be returned but are subject to a restock fee. All other products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless we make a mistake on the order.
  • How does the boot trade-in program work?
    Each boot is given a unique value based on Model, Condition, Size, etc. Send us some pictures of you boots to get a trade-in value. Check out our "Trade-in Program" tab for more details. If you still have questions, come back to the chat box or contact us!
